(“Participant”), with Bridals by Lori, Inc., a Georgia corporation with its principal address at 6021 Sandy Springs Circle NE, Atlanta, GA 30328, including without limitation the owners/officers/directors/agents of Bridals by Lori, Inc. (collectively, “BBL”), regarding the appearance of Participant on-camera (video & photography) in audiovisual content that may become part of a streaming series and/or other audiovisual materials or marketing materials / social media posts (the “Materials”). Participant may or may not be included in Materials and by signing this Release does not guarantee Materials will be created using Materials with Participant. Participant understands there is no compensation for Materials and there is no obligation of Participant to agree to this Release. Providing this Release to BBL is voluntary and acknowledged by the Participant by agreeing to this Release . Participant does hereby confirm Participant’s understanding and agreement as follows:

1. Any and all decisions regarding the content of the Materials will be made in the sole and absolute discretion of the BBL and / or Third Parties,;

2. BBL has legal authority to Materials and may be lawfully disseminated to the public in any and every form;

3. BBL has sole and absolute discretion, and legal responsibility, to determine the manner in which Participant appears (if at all) in the Materials;

4. BBL, has sole and absolute discretion, and legal authority, to determine whether, how, and the extent to which the Materials may (if at all) be exhibited to the public, including without limitation the territories, social media sites, websites, number of times, venues and contexts of any such exhibition, in perpetuity;

5. Participant hereby

(a) voluntarily releases BBL from any and all claims, demands and liabilities resulting in any manner and at any time from Participant’s participation in the production and use of the Materials,

(b) agrees to refrain from initiating any legal action against BBL resulting from said participation, and

(c) agrees to reimburse BBL for any costs and obligations (including reasonable transactional and litigation-related attorney fees) caused by any such legal action against BBL;

6. There is no compensation for any Materials developed / utilized with Participant; 

7. Georgia law applies to this Release; exclusive venue and jurisdiction resides in state and/or federal courts sitting in Fulton County, Georgia (no assertion by either Party of the doctrine of forum non conveniens will be honored).
