Bridesmaids Ordering

Payments are refundable only within 24 hours. Cancellation of a bridesmaid dress or flower girl dress within 24 hours will incur a fee of $75. Cancellation of shoes within 24 hours will incur a fee of $30. Any cancellation after 24 hours will result in forfeiture of entire payment. Payments cannot be transferred to any other purchases. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Bridesmaid dresses are NOT made to customer’s measurements and alterations are always REQUIRED. Consultants SUGGEST sizes based upon manufacturer size charts and measurements provided. The size chosen is your decision. We strongly suggest customers have their measurements taken by a professional. The customer will assume full responsibility for sizing when measurements are not taken at our store, or have changed from the original measurements done professionally in store. Additional charges apply for rush cuts, women’s sizing and extra length and vary with each manufacturer. Bridesmaid orders are placed when the ENTIRE bridal party has been sized and a 60% deposit has been placed on each dress. Any variation from this procedure may result in noticeably different dye lots and/or rush charges. Any changes made (size, color, style,etc.) must have written confirmation from Bridals by Lori and cannot be made after the order has been placed with a manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for dye lot variations or manufacturer delays beyond our control. Ship dates are an approximation and are not guaranteed by the manufacturer. Special order merchandise must be paid in full within 30 days of notification. We notify the BRIDE when merchandise comes in. It is the bride’s responsibility to notify her bridesmaids. Stock merchandise is sold on an “as-is” basis and is considered a final sale. We DO NOT clean sale merchandise. All merchandise must be claimed within 90 days of arrival. Out of state customers are exempt from GA state tax if we ship their merchandise to them. There is a $35 in-state or $40 out of state shipping and handling fee. All merchandise is shipped FedEx ground and must be paid in full before shipping. Please note, when a bridesmaid gown is shipped out of state, it can not be returned to Bridals by Lori for alterations or pressing without sales tax being re-applied. Pressing and alterations are available for an ADDITIONAL charge and appointments must be made well in advance for these services. We do not alter merchandise not purchased at our store. Bridesmaid RUSH FEES of $10.00 to $125.00 apply if alterations are needed in less than two weeks. All merchandise must be PAID IN FULL BEFORE FITTINGS can take place. Balances for alterations are due by the second fitting. Final payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Cash. Bridals by Lori must have a signature for all credit card transactions taken over the phone. Merchandise left unclaimed after 30 days of the scheduled wear date shall again become the property of Bridals by Lori and all monies paid shall be forfeited.
