– black tie BY LORI is not responsible for sizes ordered as determined by measurements provided by you and it is your responsibility to have accurate measurements submitted, particularly for “Slim Fit” suits since there is NO size allowance for bad measurements.
– If submitted sizing is determined incorrect for your body, black tie BY LORI will assist with possible adjustments and replacements during in-store pickup / try-on on the scheduled pickup date (call or ask Bride / Groom for pickup date / time). Adjustments may be limited depending on styles / colors / sizes ordered

Deposit Payment

Rental Terms*

– There is a required $75 non-refundable partial payment deposit for all new rental orders. No REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS are available on rental or retail merchandise if you do not pickup the merchandise or the event is cancelled.
– Rental items not returned the day after the event will be charged a late fee of $25 per day, unless prior arrangements are made with black tie BY LORI. If there are any missing or damaged items, the customer will be billed for the replacement item(s). The Bride / Groom will pay for you when you refuse to pay.
– We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Cash on the day of pickup for the order balance. NO CHECKS.
